  1. 2 cupmaida/all- purpose flour
  2. 1/4 tspcarom seeds
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 cupoil
  5. 1/2 cupwater
  6. 1 tspjeera/cumin seeds
  7. 1/2coriander seeds
  8. 1/2 tspfennel seeds
  9. 1green chilli paste
  10. 1 tspGinger
  11. 1/2 cuppeas
  12. to tasteRed chilli powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 4potato bolied mashed
  15. 2 tbspcoriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds, fennel seeds,saute on medium flame add potatoes and green peas mix well and cook on medium flame add garam masala, salt, coriander

    Now cut it horizontally,diving into 2 equal portions using a knife

    Grease the water and make cone

    Stuff 2tbsp of prepared samosa masala into the cone.grease little water on the edges

  5. 5

    Deep fry samosa on a low flame.once samosa turns golden and crisp, drain off over kitchen paper

  6. 6

    Serve aloo samosa with onion and tamarind chutney
