Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgfish
  2. 3 tspoil
  3. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  4. 2 tspLemon juice
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  7. 3/4 tspgaram masala
  8. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  9. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 1/2 tsprice flour
  11. 1 1/2 tspbesan/gram flour

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add all the ingredients -salt,ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, coriander powder and lemon juice

    Mix all of these together to make a paste

    Add flour,salt,red chili powder mix all these

  4. 4

    Heat a griddle pan.add 2 tsp oil and spread it well

  5. 5

    HEAT it on a low flame.fry the fish fillers till crusty on the both side

  6. 6

    Fish fry ready to serve with meal.
