Roast the vermicelli in ½tbsp ghee and set aside.

. In the same Kadai add mustard, cumin, coriander seeds, and dry curry leaves.

Now add all the veggies together and give it a nice mix.

Now add all the spices.

Mix it well

Now add the roasted vermicelli to the mixed veggies and mix it all together.

Add 2 Cup Water and cover it till the sevaiyyan and veggies are not soft.

And after cooking for 5 mins on low flame it is ready to serve.

Serve hot/warm.
