  1. 2potatoes
  2. 250 gmCauliflower
  3. 1Onion
  4. 2tomatoes medium
  5. 1/2cumin seeds
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/4red chilli powder
  9. 1coriander powder
  10. 3-4 tbspoil
  11. As per tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash cauliflower and potatoes Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan on a medium heat.add cauliflower florets and fry for 2-3 minutes and then the sliced potatoes

    Fry on medium low flame for 7-8 minutes till potatoes and cauliflower have some brown on them

    Drain on a paper and set aside

  4. 4

    In a same pan heat 2 tbsp of oil on medium heat and add cumin seeds and let them crackle and garlic

  5. 5

    Add the chopped onion, tomatoes, green chilli, green peas Cook for 2 minutes till they are little soft.

    Add turmeric powder,red chilli powder, coriander powder

  7. 7

    Cover the pan and let the masala cook for 2-3 minutes and then add the potatoes and cauliflower to it and mix add chopped coriander leaves and gives a good mix add salt 5 minutes on low flame and serve hot
