Marmalade Glazed Pork Ribs

My friend taught me this recipe in my school days.
At that time, I was taught to use 1 part soy sauce to 1 part marmalade, but now I use our family's golden ratio of 1:2.
It's a perfect balance of flavors; the sweetness of marmalade is not too overpowering, and the soy sauce isn't too salty.
Just grill and simmer. It's so easy. Recipe by Mugitarou

Steps
- 1
Grill the spare ribs in a pan on medium heat until they are evenly browned on all sides.
- 2
Once they turn nicely brown all over, add the ◎ ingredients. Simmer the spare ribs, turning them over from time to time, taking care not to let them burn.
- 3
Remove from heat once the sauce reduces, thickens, and is shiny.
- 4
There you have your marmalade glazed pork spare ribs.
