20 gramsWhite flour
20 gramsButter
200 mlMilk
1Salt and pepper

Put the flour and butter into a heatproof dish and microwave for 1:20 minutes. Mix well with a whisk.
2

Add the milk a little at a time while mixing well. Microwave for another 3 minutes. Mix well, then season with salt and pepper to finish!!
