Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 12cut pieces of Bangda
  2. 25 small peices of Mushi
  3. 10prawns
  4. 1/2 coconut
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 2cup Rava
  7. 1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  8. 1 tbsp coriander powder
  9. 1 tbsp jeera powder
  10. as taste salt
  11. 10 pieces of kokam
  12. As required Water for gravy

Steps

Within 1 hour
  1. 1

    Take 3 blow for Marination of fishes# 1blow for prons # 1 blow for mushi # 1blow for bangda#

    Mix proper all fishes with Kashmiri chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, 1 Onion Add salt as per taste and 1 small spoon chat masala on all marinated fishes and leave for 15 - 20 mints

  3. 3

    Take 1 fresh coconut, put into mixture jar, take 10 to 15 garlic, add small piece of ginger # add 1small spoon of turmeric powder # add jeera and coriander powder salt asper taste and grind into the mixture and ready for making fish curry and fry fish

  4. 4

    Here it's time to do shallow fry fishes in one side of gas # other 2nd side start making curry #
    Take pan or kadai for curry -
    Put 4 spoon of oil

  5. 5

    Put 1small spoon jeera CC an copped half onion on oil # let it to fry till it turn to golden brown add mushi 4 -5 peices of fish
    Put 2 spoon of Kashmiri chilli powder and let it to fry for 5 mints once fish is freid into the oil add paste of coconut masala and let it to fry 4- 5 and add 4 small cup of water and wait for 10 -15mints and closed the gas

    Ready with multigrain bhakri and rice onion, tasty# health Protein mushi fish for lunch
