  • 2chicken thigh cut into bite size
  • 2potato cubes
  • Halfonion
  • Soy sauce
  • Half.glass of water

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat a pan add just a little oil.Then fry the potato until golden brown.Remove for later use.In same pan drop.onion cook it until soft then the chicken Stir fry them together until chicken changes color.

  2. 2

    Pour water mix then.add soy sauce.Cover and simmer until.the sauce reduces and the chicken.is already cook.
