  • 1cupBhindi or okra trimmed
  • 4 tbspCurd
  • 1 tbspPosto
  • as neededPeanut s n sesame bit roasted
  • as requiredMustard oil.preferable
  • as per tasteSalt n sugar,chilli powder
  • 1,tej patta
  • 1 tsp each Jeera n methi n saunf roasted n powdered

    First of fry the okra,

  2. 2

    Posto to b put in a bowl of water.strain water bfore doing gravy, In a blender take doi, posto,roasted sesame seeds, peanuts,Creamy paste

  3. 3

    Then add sabut jeera,tez patta,n roasted saunf jeera n methi ka powdered...add it on low flame.get it aromatic

  4. 4

    Then add paste,cook it on low flame....add okra salt,sugar n chilli powder.

    n then cook with lid for 3 mins...garnish with roasted sesame seeds
