Ingredients

  1. 5-7medium tomatoes
  2. 100 gmspaneer
  3. 4medium potatoes
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. as per taste Chillies or Chilli powder
  6. 1 tablespoonJeera powder
  7. 1 tablespoonGaram masala
  8. as requiredcoriander leaves
  9. 1 tablespoonChaat masala

    Wash tomatoes 🍅and cut them from top.

    Remove seeds. Make sure borders are safe. Don't throw juice, you can later use it in gravy or dal.

    For stuffing. Grate boil potatoes and paneer

  4. 4

    Add spices. Salt, Jeera powder, chillies or Chilly powder, chaat masala, garam masala, corrinder and mix them well. If you feel mixture is dry add a little juice of tomatoes.

    Stuff tomatoes carefully and place them in pan

    Add little oil in pan to prevent them from stick in bottom. Add a little salt if you feel so. Cover and cook it for 4 to 5 minutes or until tomatoes cooked. Serve hot with chapati or paratha. I made it dry, you also add gravy in it.
