Prepare all the ingredients.

Mix the ground pork with the marinade ingredients and water until well combined.

Refrigerate the marinated pork for 30 minutes.

Wash the green onions and slice them, keeping the white and green parts separate.

Wash and shred the cucumbers. Peel and shred the carrot. Set aside.

Heat a pan over low heat and add 1 tablespoon avocado oil. Sauté the white parts of the green onion until fragrant.

Once aromatic, add the marinated pork to the pan.
