Steps

Squid: Wash and preps. Cut slits into strips medium thin on both sides.

Marinate overnight: garlic, oil, chilli flakes, plain paprika powder, bit of turmeric powder. Cover nicely and place in fridge

Heat some cooking oil, then add finely chopped celery, some onion and some spices. Then cook till light golden color.

Add frozen veggies, and cook thru to just soft.

Add coconut and then the marinated strips of squid
- 6
Add a bit of water only. Cook the squid to soft. Add some lime juice half way there. inshaAllah. enjoy, Bismillah with rice or cassava. an accompliment fir main meal of choice.
