  • cubesYam cut into
  • Onion and pepper
  • Garlic and ginger
  • Spices and seasonings
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Flour
  • Egg
  • Toothpick
  • Oil
  • Butter
  • Sugar and salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook your yam with salt and little sugar, when it has boiled mash d cooked yam

  2. 2

    Then add your ground pepper, onion and spices add little butter then mix thoroughly wit your hand.

  3. 3

    Then in a separate plate you have your flour, another plate you have your bread crumbs then finally your whisk eggs

  4. 4

    Mold your mashed yams into balls and insert toothpick into it, arrange them in plate.

  5. 5

    Heat oil in pan and wen hot dip your yam balls into flour and coat it very well

  6. 6

    Then dip it into egg and finally bread crumbs then fry it in low heat until golden brown.
