  2. 7 ozricotta cheese (about 200 grams)
  3. 5 1/3 ozGreek yogurt (about 150 grams)
  4. Ladyfinger cookies or plain tea biscuits
  5. 1 tablespoonhoney
  6. Brown sugar, to taste

    Wash and slice the strawberries. Sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon of brown sugar and refrigerate to let them release their juices.
