Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the ricotta and Greek yogurt. Add a teaspoon of honey and whisk until you get a smooth, creamy mixture.

Pour the milk into a shallow dish. Dip the ladyfingers one at a time into the milk and arrange them on a serving plate or in individual cups.

Create a layer with the milk-soaked cookies, then spread some of the cream mixture on top, followed by some strawberries. Repeat the layers of cookies, cream, and strawberries until you have three layers, finishing with a thin layer of cream and strawberries on top for garnish.
