    Dip the rim of the glasses in the Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain and then into a plate of sugar to create a crust around the edge. The choice of glass is important: to properly savour a good gin and tonic, you should served it in a balloon glass or wide glass.

    Put the glasses rimmed with Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Spain and sugar in the freezer. Gin and tonic should be served ice-cold! Another option is to fill the glass with large ice cubes and swirl them around to cool the glass. Be careful not to damage the rim.

    Take the glasses out of the freezer and fill them with large ice cubes. Add any fresh berries or grapes you desire. Pour in one part gin...

    Finish off the drink by adding the tonic slowly. To do this, you can use a bar spoon a long, spiralled spoon for making cocktails. Note that the usual mix ratio is 1 part gin to 4 parts tonic. Decorate with lime slices
