All ingredients ko pan mein dalein. Mery Pas black cardamom nahi the us wqt Mene green add kar li. Waise black hi add karein.

Boil karein 4 se 5 minutes.

Then filter. Add honey only if you can't drink without honey. Take two or three times a day.

Give 3 tbspn anytime to toddlers and preschool children for cough and cold.
