Paneer biryani

Smooth curd add ginger garlic paste,red chilli powder,haldi powder,garam masala powder,biryani masala powder, lemon juice and salt mix.

Add Paneer and capsicum cubed mix.

Keep aside for 30 mnts.

Boil water in big pot add salt and rice

Boil till rice are 3/4 done. Strain and keep aside

Heat another pot. Put oil add jeera,clove, cardamom,bay leaves, cinnamon,and chopped onion.

Cook till pink in color. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes get soft.

Add coriander pd, red chilli pd and salt mix.

Now add marinated paneer and capsicum.mix and cook for 3-4 mnts.

Now spread boiled rice on it.

On top spread saffron milk,fried onions and chopped coriander leaves.

Cover and cook for about ten mnts on slow fire.

Remove from fire and serve.
