Take soya chunks and masoor add water and soke for10 mins an keep for boiling.

Take rice soak for 10 minutes take pan oil water, salt add rice and keep for15 -20 minutes an rice is ready.

Take pan add oil all whole garam masala, onion, tomato and ginger garlic paste. Add soya chunks and masoor.

Add all dry masala, salt and kasoori methi. Mix it well.

Then add rice and mix it well.
