Ingredients

  • 500 gmsmutton
  • 500 gmsrice
  • 4onions fried
  • 1/2 cupOil
  • 400 gmscurd
  • 2 TbspGaram masala
  • 2 tspDhania powder
  • 2 tspjeera powder
  • 1 tbsp.haldi powder
  • As per tasteSalt
  • 1/2 cupkotmir
  • 1/2 cuppudina
  • 2 tspginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp.papaya paste
  • 2 tbsp.green chilli paste
  • 1lime juice
  • 1/2 cupsaffron milk

    Wash and Marinate mutton with curd fried onion all the ingredients except milk. Keep for 5 hours.

    Boil rice with salt and whole garam masala. Drain the water. Rice should be 3/4 done.In a vessel layer, the masala spread the boiled rice pour saffron milk. Make holes in the rice and pour oil in which onions s were fried. let it cook for 45min to one hour. You can seal with wheat dough. when steam escapes it indicates mutton is done.
