Heat oil in a pan add peanuts roast and add all chopped ingredients saute till water evaporates then add American corn.

Saute and add salt,red chilli powder n garam masala mix well then off the flame.

Now in a serving plate place this masala in a round shape.Then make a layer of raw chopped onion and cucumber.

Over this layer put boondi n chopped green chillies.lastly pour lemon juice and sprinkle little salt n chilli powder and serve this crunchy boodi salad.
