Ingredients

3-4 people
  • 1 cuprice
  • 1/2 cupmoong dal
  • 1medium size chopped onion
  • 1 medium size chopped tomato
  • 1 small size chopped potato
  • 1 small size carrot
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/2 tspchilli powder (mirch)
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder (haldi)
  • 1/2 tspcumin seed(jeera)
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed (rai)
  • As per tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak dal and rice for 1/2 hr

    Heat 2 tsp oil in cooker and add cumin seed and mustard seed than onion carrot and potato
    Cook for 2 min

    Add peas corn and tomato than all spices

    Cook until tomato soft
    add soak dal and rice than add 3.5 cup water

    Cover lid and Take 3 whistle
