Coconut Chutney with Neer Dosa

Take a mixer jar put fresh coconut, salt, and chana mix add some water, and grind well.

Take a pan put oil then oil hot add mustard seeds and red chili crackle add curry leaves then temper put in coconut chutney add lemon juice mix.

Take rice wash and soak in overnight.

Then water drain adds fresh coconut and salt take a grinder jar put rice, salt, and coconut grind with some water. Take a mixing bowl put rice batter add the remaining water mix batter is watery.

Take a cast iron griddle or nonstick pan put some oil then 1 ladle pour and griddle or pan rotate properly cover with a lid you see dosa color transculant then fold triangle.

Pan neer dosa ready.

Take a serving plate put Neer Dosa Serve with coconut chutney.
