Sauteed Bonito and Garlic ♪

I had some leftover fish, so I made this.
You cook the fish into small pieces before cooking it, so it cooks surprisingly quickly. Avoid overcooking it.
While cooking, add thyme or rosemary for a twist. I also cooked potatoes in the empty space of the pan. Recipe by Yacchi-san

Steps
- 1
Cut the fish into 5 pieces. Cover with salt and pepper. Peel and crush the garlic.
- 2
In a plastic bag, add the flour and fish and shake until thinly coated.
- 3
In a pan, fry olive oil and garlic over low heat. When the garlic is golden, take it out.
- 4
Place the fish skin down on the pan and cook on medium heat until the skin is crispy. Cook the other side the same way.
- 5
Transfer to a serving plate and add garlic on top. Pour lemon juice and enjoy.
