It's a mix veg subji of Odisha,it's also eternal favorite dish of Lord Vishnu n Lord Jagannath ji,I have done the non_satvik version but in the temple,they offer satvik version of it....it's in every region mix veg items aur there,like Keralite are having avial,undhiyu aur being done by Gujurati ...but combination n process being different ,so also taste...It's a mix veg,...
In Odisha , different mix veg curry aur prepared but it's the Ghanta prepared on the next day on account of dwitibahana puja,is the one which is signature dish of Odisha,..it's combination of , at least 15 /20 veggies sprouts ...spices,....

  2. as requiredSoaked black chana dal
  3. 2 tbsp Chole white mattar
  4. Veggies
  5. 1/2 Yam,
  6. 1eggplant,
  7. 1raw banana,
  8. 3-4 Arbi
  9. 3-4 ,long string beans,beans,
  10. 1/2 cauliflower
  11. 3,parwal,
  12. as required gourds
  13. 2 Potatoes,
  14. 1Sweet potatoes,
  15. 1Tomato
  16. 1 tsp Mango slices
  17. tempering
  18. 5-6 Curry leaf,
  19. 1 tsp panch phoran / jeera Rai...
  20. 2 tspMirchi powder
  21. 1 tsp ghee
  22. Masala paste1 big onion,half sliced n half added to blend along
  23. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste,
  24. 4/5 sukhi Mirchi,j
  25. 1 /2 tsp jeera
  26. 1/2 tsp Coriander seeds
  27. as per tasteSalt
  28. 2 tsp haldi
  29. 1 cup- 2 cupGrated n sliced coconut

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil all veggies keep it aside,add chaunk item....

  2. 2

    Go to add sliced onion n then masala paste,keep stirring till oil comes out,then add veggies add salt n haldi,stir n cover... cook in low flame,

  3. 3

    Add coconut...cover...check consistency..it's heavy gravy item....so allow little water,..
