100% Rice Flour Sandwich Bread (Brown Sugar) with the Bread Maker

My youngest son said he wanted to eat brown sugar bread!
It might seem like there's a lot of brown sugar, but with just 50 g, I thought the flavor wasn't so nice, and it wasn't sweet enough.
If you cut it soon after baking, you won't get a very clean cut. Allow to cool on a rack on top of a newspaper, etc., and cover with a paper bag to keep it from drying out. Please cut it after it's cooled. Recipe by Toshihaya

Regular Bread: All of the ingredients are the same, but use 30 g of white sugar. Turn on the bread maker, and you will have soft rice flour bread.

Brown Sugar Version: If there are any lumps in the brown sugar use a fork to mash them.

Add the ingredients as directed in your bread maker's instruction manual. Choose the wheat-free flour bread course. And just leave the rest to the bread maker!

It'll be done in a little less than 2 hours! Let it cool off before cutting.
