For the fillings, on your stove at a low heat, put frying pan on top. Add a little quantity of oil to the pan and onions(cut the onions into small cubes)

Add fresh pepper to the pan and stir gently.

Add your meat floss, onga, curry, maggi, ajino and stir till it combines together then add a small quantity of water and allow it for two minute.

Mix a small quantity of flour with little water then add to the pan, stir and live it for 30 seconds to become thick and moist, then take it down the stove and let it cool down. We are done with the fillings

For the dough, get a clean bowl, sieve your flour inside the bowl, add little salt, one maggi, ¼ tsp of baking powder, and curry, then mix together

Add margarine and mix thoroughly until it turns out like bread crumbs then add water little by little until you get a soft sticky dough

You can use tray or working board in rolling out the dough, use a meatpie cutter or a bowl in cutting out the shapes,

Add the fillings then use a fork in pressing the edges and its now ready for deep fry

Deep fry until its turn golden brown.then strain. It can be served with hot tea
