Ingredients

3,4 persons
  1. Ingredients for kabab
  2. 1/2 kgbeef mince
  3. 1 tsp salt to taste
  4. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 tsp zeera, Coriander crush
  6. 1 tsp garam masala powder
  7. 3 green chilli, Coriander
  8. 1 egg
  9. 2 tbsp heaped baisan
  10. 2 tsp oil
  11. 1medium onion chopped
  12. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  13. Ingredients for gravy
  14. 1 chopped onions
  15. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste paste
  16. 1/2 tspred chilli n salt
  17. 1 tsp zeera crush and Coriander
  18. Green chilli n Coriander
  19. 2 tomato chopped
  20. 1/2 cup oil/ ghee

Cooking Instructions

    For marination of kabab add all the ingredients in chopper n chopped it than make a kabab.

    For gravy heat the pan add oil onions sauté than add ginger garlic paste add spices mix it.

  3. 3

    Now add tomato n kabab make a masala add 2 cups of water n cook it well.

    Now if kabab tender than green chilli n Coriander transfer into bowl.

    Serve kabab gravy with rice / naan on eid, enjoy it.
