Magaz flour gor papadi

Add ghee and magaz flour in a pan and roast on low heat until golden brown and aromatic. Keep stirring continuously.

Add almond powder, cardamom powder add milk powder and mix well. Cook for couple of minutes on low heat. Add jaggery and mix well. Once incorporated turn of the heat and transfer in a greased tray. Garnish with saffron, cashews, khaskhas and charoli.

Let it sit for 10 minutes and cut to desired shape. Let it cool completely before removing from tray. Enjoy 😉
