First, clean the pork belly and boil it to remove impurities. Then, marinate it with five-spice powder, MSG, seasoning powder, a little honey, a little sugar, and a bit of chili sauce. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. For the pork skin, poke it with a fork, rub with salt, and then roast it.

Pick and wash the fresh herbs thoroughly 3-4 times. Thinly slice the vegetables to make rolling easier later.

After 30 minutes, roast the pork at 350°F (180°C) for 20 minutes on one side, then flip and roast the other side for another 20 minutes.

Once the pork is cooked, slice it into bite-sized pieces. Start rolling with the phở rice paper, adding pork and the prepared vegetables and herbs.

For dipping sauces, prepare a sweet and spicy soy sauce and a sweet and sour fish sauce with garlic and chili.
