I received a lot of dark brown sugar, so I scribbled down a recipe to try to use it up.

It's best if your brown sugar is broken into a powdery consistency. If it's not, grate it finely.
You can even try adding some nuts to the batter.
Adjust the baking times according to your oven and microwave.
The pan I used is what I use to make steamed egg custard. Recipe by Shinsan

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 40 grams★Dark brown sugar
  2. 20 grams★Chocolate
  3. 30 grams★Unsalted butter
  4. 2 tbsp★Water
  5. 1Egg
  6. 50 grams☆Cake flour
  7. 2 tsp☆Cocoa powder
  8. 2/3 tsp☆Baking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Chop up the ★ ingredients, put into a bowl, and microwave for 2 minutes to melt. Preheat the oven to 180°C.

    Beat the egg and add to the bowl from Step 1.

    Sift the ☆ ingredients into the bowl and mix together. Pour into a cake pan lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in an oven at 180°C for 15 minutes. Once cooled, cut into large pieces. You're done. See, it's so easy! You can also cut it into smaller pieces and arrange it in a cute way.
