Ingredients

2 servings
  • 40 gramsCellophane noodles
  • 50 gramsGround pork
  • 8counts Peeled shrimp
  • 1/2Cucumber
  • 1/5Carrot
  • 1/3Celery
  • 1Tomato
  • 6pieces Dried wood ear mushrooms
  • 1/4Yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4Red onion
  • A
  • 1/2Grated garlic
  • 1pod Chili pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tbspLemon juice
  • 2 tbspNam pla
  • 1 tspSugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Julienne or thinly slice the vegetables. Rehydrate the wood year mushroom by soaking it in water, then cut into strips.

  2. 2

    In a sauce pan, boil water and add the ingredients in the following order of shrimp, ground pork, wood ear mushroom, noodles. If you put the meat in a small colander (like the kind you use to dissolve miso for miso soup) it'll be easier to cook.

  3. 3

    Toss Steps 1, 2, and A together. Garnish with cilantro or celery leaves and serve.
