In a large pot heat the palm oil on a medium for a minute and then add
a pinch of onion slowly add the meat or fish to simmer add your blended peppers tomato es paste and leave it to simmer for 2 minutes then add your seasoning cubes and the egusi to fry for 3 to 5 mins - 3
Then add 2 cups of water and leave it to boil after boiled add some salt to taste and add your spinach ugu leaf and leave it to simmer for 5mins
