Ingredients

  1. 1 cupgranulated sugar
  2. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  3. 1 cupbutter, melted
  4. 2eggs
  5. 1 tspbaking soda
  6. 3 cupsflour
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 2 tspvanilla extract
  9. 1 tspalmond extract
  10. 3/4 cupsemisweet chocolate chips
  11. 1/2 cuppeanut butter chips

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350•F

  2. 2

Cream together melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar using a stand mixer

  3. 3

Add eggs, almond extract, and vanilla extract. Mix at low speed. This is important. You do not want to make the eggs fluff, cookies won't turn out as well.

  4. 4

Add baking soda, salt, and flour. You may now use a higher speed to whip ingredients into a cookie dough.

  5. 5

Remove dough from bowl, and place on a lightly floured counter top, or cutting board.

  6. 6

Kneed in chocolate chips (you can add as little or as much as you'd like, I just prefer lots of chocolate !)

  7. 7

Roll into 1 inch balls, and flatten slightly into a cookie sheet. (I use Pampered Chefs silicone baking sheet, amazing and easy clean up!)

  8. 8

The cookies should be about 1/2 to 3/4 in thick. Bake for 10 minutes. Cookies won't look done, but that's okay. Take them out anyways.

  9. 9

Remove and let cool for 10 minutes. Or eat them warm, they will fall apart but are absolutely delicious! (sometimes I don't wait ;) )

  10. 10

Enjoy with a nice glass of cold almond milk
