Stir fry the minced beef with little oil

Add the vegetables and other spices

Continue frying till all the ingredients are well mixed

Set aside.

Mix flour, corn flour and salt with water to form a running consistency but not too watery

Use your cake brush to rub the flour mixture on your non-stick pan to form samosa sheets

Add your fillings and fold into a triangular shape

Fry till golden brown
