20 biscuits
  1. 1 cupall-purpose flour
  2. 1/4 cupcustard powder (vanilla)
  3. 125 gmunsalted butter (room temperature)
  4. 1/2 cupicing sugar
  5. 3-4 dropspineapple essence
  6. 1 pinchsalt
  7. 1/2 tspbaking powder
  8. 1/4 cuptooty fruity
  9. 2 tbsmilk (room temperature)
  10. 1/4 cupmilk wash

Cooking Instructions

    Take butter and icing sugar in a bowl. Mix with hand whisker.Mix it until it becomes smooth.

    Add other ingredients. Mix it with hand.Make a dough. Don’t knead the dough, just combine together.Shape the dough into cylindrical log and shapes ends.Wrap in clip wrap and refrigerate for 2 hrs.

    Now cut into thick slices and put on the baking tray., Brush the tops of with milk wash.

    Pre heat oven at 170 degree for 10 mints.put it into oven @ 170 degree for 30 mints.

    When you remove from biscuits oven it becomes little soft.leave it for 3-4 mints in a oven tray.Now transfer the biscuits in the oven rack

    Let it cool down completely.Store into airtight container.
