Steps

First of all, chop onion, bell pepper, and garlic. And dice the tofu

Then in a mixing bowl, take 3 tablespoon soya sauce, add chopped red chillies, chilli sauce and stir it well. Then add in the diced tofu. Marinate the tofu.

In a morter and pestel, add red chillies (optional), chopped garlic, ginger and crush it roughly. Make sure not to make a paste.

Heat a wok on high flame and add 3 tablespoon oil and heat it. Add in chopped onions. Saute it for 2-3 minutes.

Then add crushed ginger chilli garlic and chopped bell pepper. Saute it for 3-4 minutes.

Add salt as per taste and mix well. add in sugar (optional). Add soya sauce and chilli sauce. Then break lettuce with help of hands and add in. Mix well.

Let it cook for 5-6 minutes and then add in cooked rice. Mix them well. Add the marinated tofu and mix evenly.

At last add 2 tablespoon soya sauce and basil and mix everything well.

Serve it hot
