    Boil water

    When it boils,pour into a bowl

  3. 3

    Add garri in a circular motion till it covers water in the bowl

    Open it,turn with a wooden spatula till well combined,if too soft,sprinkle garri round,turn well,if too dry, sprinkle lil hot water round bowl,turn well

    Scoop into a plate,smoothen it
