  2. 2mangos
  3. 2avocados
  4. About 2 tablespoons cashews
  5. Olive oil
  6. Parsley
  7. 1lemon or lime
  8. Salt

    With a sharp knife, remove the skin from the fillets. Place them in a hot non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and cook until golden on the outside but slightly undercooked inside. Set aside on a plate and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
