I wanted bread that'd be easy to eat while on the go, and even while walking.

Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 300 gramsRice flour (for bread)
  2. 6 gramsSalt
  3. 15 gramsSugar
  4. 30 gramsShortening
  5. 200 mlWater
  6. 70 mlSoy milk
  7. 4 gramsDry yeast
  8. 1Raisins

Cooking Instructions

    Put all of the ingredients in the bread maker and mix to create the dough. Once you have the dough use a spoon to mix.

    Use a pastry bag to squeeze out the batter into stick-shapes on a baking sheet.

  3. 3

    Allow to rise for 30 minutes at 35℃. Bake at 190℃ for 15 minutes and they're complete.

  4. 4

    Put them in a bag and you can take them out with you.
