Rice Flour Bread Sticks

I wanted bread that'd be easy to eat while on the go, and even while walking.
I used a pastry bag with a 2.5 cm wide opening. The thinner the opening, the thinner your bread sticks will be! Recipe by Arekomama

Steamed Bread with Rice Flour Steamed Bread with Rice Flour
Steamed bread made with rice flour instead of wheat flour makes bread that doesn't go hard as quickly, so I recommend this method. After a few experiments I tried adding more sugar to this recipe to improve the flavour. When steaming the bread, please make sure the steamer is steaming before adding the bread.Steaming the bread over high heat will give them a nice texture. You can make 4 muffin cups instead if you'd prefer. in that case, steam them for 15 minutes. It shouldn't be too smooth, but it shouldn't be too thick either. Adjust accordingly. Recipe by kaopomme cookpad.japan -

Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread Gluten-Free Fluffy Rice Flour Steamed Bread
My 17 month old has a lot of allergies, including flour. I wanted him to be able to enjoy a fluffy bread so I've been trying out various recipes.Using ideas from various recipes, I finally settled on this.Place the muffin cups into the steamer while it's piping hot, and heat them while the water is boiling. Don't open the lid while they are steaming. If you are unable to eat dairy products and will be using soy milk, I think you should add a little bit more than the recipe states? Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread
I wanted to try making something with rice flour. This milky hearth bread is easy to make with the bread maker and doesn't require a first rising. This milky hearth bread looks cute when sliced from the notches cut into the top. If you don't have a bread knife to cut the notches, you can use a double-edged razor that can usually be found at hardware stores to cleanly slice through. Notch the center first and then slice 2 slits on either side. Recipe by Keichannopatoka- cookpad.japan -
Black Rice Country Bread Black Rice Country Bread
This bread is sometimes at my local bakery that I frequent. I had black rice at home as well, and it turned a nice color when I cooked it together with regular white rice, so I figured I would try my hand at making some bread with it.Make sure the black rice and broth have cooled completely. This amount of water listed here is for foreign wheat flour (America, Canada etc.). If you are using domestic flour, then it might turn into a sticky dough unless you use less water than this. Leave out 2-3 tablespoons at first and please add more while checking the status of the dough. Recipe by Hiyashinsu cookpad.japan -
Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread Bread Maker Rice & Rye Flour Bread
I wanted to make bread in a bread maker using healthy ingredients!! So I used amazake instead of sugar, omitted unnecessary ingredients and made this using simple ingredients.-When adding the rice and rye flour, pour in the center to make into a mountain.-Add the amazake, salt, and water to the corners of the case not to disturb the flour mountain.-If you try to cut the bread while it's still warm, it'll basically be like mochi, it'll stick to the knife and you won't get a clean cut.
