Simple Lasagne-Style Mashed Potatoes

This is a recipe that I thought of when I had to use up some leftover meat sauce.
If you make lots of meat sauce and freeze it, it can be used in many other dishes later on.
The mashed potato lasagne in the photos have been made in large cocottes and sprinkled with pizza cheese rather than finely grated cheese. Melty cheese slices also work well.
Please use as much or as little butter as you'd like. This dish tastes great when even only a small amount is used.
You can add more milk to the mashed potatoes if you wish.
When you are using 2 cocottes, remember to split the mashed potatoes and meat sauce into halves.
Please keep any eye on the lasagnes in the oven so that they don't burn. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221
