Ingredients

  1. 200 gramsCabbage
  2. 200 grams☆ Ground beef or pork
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 1☆ Egg
  5. 2 tbsp☆ Panko
  6. 1 tbsp☆Milk
  7. 1 pinch☆ Salt, black pepper, nutmeg
  8. For the sauce:
  9. 2 tbsp○Tomato ketchup
  10. 1 tsp○Soy sauce
  11. 50 ml○Water
  12. 1 tsppotato starch, 2 teaspoons water Katakuriko slurry

Cooking Instructions

    Knead the ingredients marked with ☆ into the meat until it all sticks together, and blend in a food processor.

    Tear the raw cabbage, and put into a microwave-safe bowl.

  3. 3

    Coat the leaves with the meat mixture from step 1 on top. Cover with additional torn cabbage leaves, making layers with the cabbage.

    Cover with plastic wrap, microwave for about 10 minutes, and flip on a plate.

  5. 5

    Make the sauce, and pour on top. In a small pot, bring the ○ ingredients to a boil, and thicken with dissolved katakuriko.
