This is extremely hot when you take it out of the microwave. Be careful not to burn yourself when you are taking the plate out, or when removing the plastic wrap. Alternatively, you can mix this in a bowl instead of using a food processor! Recipe by Stylish Mama

Ground Meat and Cabbage Ground Meat and Cabbage
I wanted to make a tasty dish using the ground meat I bought on sale. The first stage is the key. Stir-fry the meat and vegetables over medium-high heat. Low the heat when you cook it through later on.The heat level is important in order to bring out the best flavors from the ingredients.(Just be careful not to heat up a non-stick frying pan too much, or the non-stick coating may come off!) For 4 servings. Recipe by Moyomoyonoomajinai cookpad.japan -
Easy Layered and Steam-Cooked Cabbage and Pork Easy Layered and Steam-Cooked Cabbage and Pork
'Tis the season for cabbage. I wanted to cook it into a simple, delicious, and warming dish.Put all the ingredients together, and it'll complete on its own. Because the meat juice soaks into the cabbage below, makes sure to cover the bottom of the pot with cabbage, and top it with the meat. It tastes great even without sauce, so try it plain first. It also works well with Krazy Salt. Recipe by Kanikoro cookpad.japan -

Since my son hates vegetables, I came up with this recipe that allows him to eat meat and veggies together. In Step 8, check to see if there is any meat juice left in the pan. If not, add 1/4 cup of water to the combined A ingredients.Since the mixture is a little loose, try not to touch it too much in order to prevent it from falling apart. Easy Steamed Layered Pork & Lettuce in the Microwave Easy Steamed Layered Pork & Lettuce in the Microwave
I saw on TV that layered steamed dishes can be made easily in the microwave. I made an easy sauce using the microwave too.Since the volume will decrease as it's cooked, fill up the container as much as possible (as seen in the Step 2 photo). Since the tomato sauce will be added later, get rid of the moisture released during cooking. If you won't be using the tomato sauce, keep the steamed juices when eating and it will be so tasty. Ground Meat Cutlets with Lots of Cabbage Ground Meat Cutlets with Lots of Cabbage
Sometimes you just want to forget about calories and bite into juicy ground meat cutlets. I thought about adding tofu and fresh okara into the meat, but I added a lot of cabbage instead (leaving the meat as is) to make the cutlets juicy. If the ingredients do not stick together in Step 2, try adding some panko breadcrumbs.Dredge the patties in flour, egg, then panko bread crumbs (in that order) even when you're not using tempura flour. I make mine in small sizes to make them easier to fry. Recipe by Mia cookpad.japan -

Ground Meat Cutlets Juicy with Cabbage and Pork Ground Meat Cutlets Juicy with Cabbage and Pork
I enhanced the heartiness of the meat by putting lots of cabbage inside I discovered it to be more juicy and delicious this way. This is made with affordable ingredients that's very satisfying taste and heartiness. It's my family's favorite dish. When I reheated this and served it to my husband who came home late, he was amazed at how juicy and delicious they still were. The little bit of onion mixed in is the source of the slight sweetness and the juicy tastiness! Since the batter is liquid, the key is to coat the meat after shaping it into a ball instead of flattening it.Don't rub in the cabbage and onion too much, but just roughly toss with salt. Following the described steps, the key is to mix with the meat immediately. Recipe by cocorarara cookpad.japan -

I want something green in my bento every day, and wanted to use cabbage instead of spinach to make it.The sesame will be nice and aromatic if you toast it in a pan over a medium heat for 30 seconds.Keep an eye on the cabbage in the microwave. If it still looks raw, microwave for another 10-20 seconds. If you use the deep green outer leaves, it might taste bitter. For 2 servings. Recipe by Asachan cookpad.japan -
