It's a public holiday here in Lagos Nigeria,I didnt have anything planned, but suddenly, my taste buds were carving fir anything sweet and chocolatey, there and then we ( Butterscotch and I decided to try out this simple hot chocolate recipe.

It's super easy,but really yummy and so ideal for a day like this.

2 tablespooncocoa powder

Pour water in a small pot, bring to boiling point.
Add in the milk, stir, always stir.
Add the cocoa powder, keep stirring.
Add the sugar, keep stirring, on the fire.
Now, pour in the corn flour, please keep stirring to avoid forming a lump...
Lastly add the dark chocolate pieces and stir every thing well...
Voila, your hot chocolate is ready.

Pour into a cup, sprinkle some dark chocolate pieces and wafer over and just enjoy.
You can also chill and enjoy.
I had mine with crackers and it was heavenly 😋🤣☺🙏
