Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsalmon, skinned
  2. 1/4 cupbutter
  3. 3 tbspdijon mustard
  4. 1.5 tbsphoney
  5. 1/4 cuppanko breadcrumbs
  6. 4 tspfinely chopped fresh parsley
  7. 1/4 cupfinely chopped pecans
  8. salt and pepper
  9. lemon

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

    In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard, and honey. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.

    Brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture, season with salt & pepper and sprinkle the tops of the fillets with the bread crumb mixture.

    Bake for 12 min and garnish with lemon.
