I usually just salt, pepper, and sprinkle lemon over salmon. But this time around I decided to try something different and it actually came out good. Family loved it.

I usually just salt, pepper, and sprinkle lemon over salmon. But this time around I decided to try something different and it actually came out good. Family loved it.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 4fresh salmon fillets
  2. 3 tbspbrown sugar
  3. 3 tbspbourbon
  4. 2 tbsplow sodium soy sauce
  5. 1 tbspgrated peeled fresh ginger
  6. 1 tbspfresh lime juice
  7. 3garlic cloves, minced
  8. 1/4 tspblack ground pepper
  9. 1cooking spray

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Combine all ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to bag; seal.

    Marinate in refrigerator 1 1/2 hours.

    Preheat oven 350°

  4. 4

    grease baking pan ( I usually use olive oil)

  5. 5

    bake fish until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired degree of doneness.

  6. 6

    I usually serve over Jasmine Rice with a side of asparagus.
