I love granola with big, crunchy clusters, so I made my own. Just mix the ingredients and bake—it's easy! The Story Behind This RecipeBuying fancy granola with lots of oats and nuts can be expensive, even for a small amount, but making it at home means you can make a lot and be happy. The oat cookies (Recipe ID:19642417) are delicious, so I adjusted the sugar and oil to create a healthier granola recipe. 白いエプロンのクマTranslated from Cookpad Japan -

I mixed rolled oats, chopped almonds, pumpkin seeds, a pinch of salt, cinnamon, melted coconut oil, honey ,vanilla, Spread it on a baking sheet, press it down a little, and bake at 325°F for 25 to 30 minutes. Let it cool completely stirred in some dried cranberries. Give it a good mix! That’s it! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Crunchy Granola Crunchy Granola
I went on a trip and fell in love with granola and yogurt parfaits. So, I began to buy non fat Greek yogurt along with store bought granola. I could not believe how much fat was in the granola, so I experimented with making my own. Although there might be a few more calories from the sugar, it is healthier because it is less fatty and made with all natural ingredients. However, if you are super health concise you can always replace both sugars with Stevia or Splenda. You can also put in chocolate chips, cranberries, or slivered almonds to give it your own personal flare! Enjoy! carissa.sweet.22 -
Healthy Homemade Granola Healthy Homemade Granola
Here's an option to make granola at home. It turns out delicious and not too sweet, so if you have a sweet tooth, I recommend adding an extra sweetener like stevia, Splenda, or a touch of honey. The additional ingredients are entirely up to your taste; you can use shredded coconut, raisins, roasted peanuts, etc. ☺️ Elízabeth Manjarrez VerdugoTranslated from Cookpad Mexico -

Granola bars are very popular these days because they are healthy, delicious, and affordable. They're even better if you make them fresh with your own carefully chosen ingredients!A few more tipsYou can add any dried fruits you like (apricots, raisins, strawberries, etc.) as well as nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.). When you take it out of the oven, the mixture will be soft, but it will harden as it cools. It keeps well at room temperature for several days.
