Ingredients

20 portions
  1. 500 gr(whole)meal oats
  2. 200 grmixed nuts
  3. 2 tbschiaseeds
  4. 2 tbslinseeds
  5. 2 tbsspeculoos (biscop) spices or cinnamon
  6. 2 tbssunflower seeds
  7. 200 mlahornsyrup
  8. 1 pinchsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 180°C

  2. 2

    Chop the nuts. Take a freezer bag put the nuts in, and crush with a bottle or rollerpin

  3. 3

    Put all the ingredients (except the nuts) together and mix well

  4. 4

    Put in the nuts and mix again.

  5. 5

    Take an ovenplate or container. Put in some baking paper.

  6. 6

    Spread the mixture
    Bake for 10 min

  7. 7

    Turn the mixture and bake until crunchy

  8. 8

    Let it cool.

  9. 9

    Very nice with greek yoghurt and homemade jam.

  10. 10

    Put in a airtide container
