Hi today I'm introducing my Spanish styled pork shoulder called "pernil"

Ingredients

4 -5 hours
5 -10 servings
  1. Olive oil half cup
  2. 1prewashed pork shoulder
  3. Fresh chunk Cut garlic
  4. Badia all-purpose seasoning
  5. Sazon seasoning
  6. Olive oil
  7. Goya Sofrito
  8. Goya ricotto
  9. Cupwater
  10. Sauces: 1 cup sofrito, 1 cup ricitto
  11. Seasonings: 1 tbls badia all-purpose seasoning, 5pks sazon,
  12. Halfcup water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Stuff pork with garlic chunks, amount of your choice, add, seasonings all over the pork shoulder, rub sofritto and ricotto all over the pork, add to bottom of roast pan, add half cup little water and add olive oil slowly to coat the bottom of the pan

    Turn oven to 350 cover tight with a foil top, or roast pan top, and allow pork to slow cook
