Blueberry Panna Cotta Tart Blueberry Panna Cotta Tart
If you love blueberries like I do, you'll find this tart truly delicious. For the crust, I used the legendary Miriam Bonizzi's recipe. This blueberry panna cotta tart is a fresh and indulgent dessert, featuring a shortcrust pastry base filled with creamy panna cotta made with fresh blueberries that add both flavor and color. It's an original and eye-catching dessert, perfect for impressing guests at the end of lunch or dinner, but it's also great for a special snack. The process is fairly simple, but it does require some resting time between steps. I promise it's absolutely worth it! Laura CicuttoTranslated from Cookpad Italy -
Ice Cream Tart With Grown-up Persimmon Flavor Ice Cream Tart With Grown-up Persimmon Flavor
I really wanted to try Godiva's new ice cream tart when I saw it.But they weren't being sold close to me yet, and they were expensive too.I arranged some ingredients I had on hand to my taste, and it turned out really delicious.☆Make sure to thoroughly bake the tart base!! It will become soggy if you don't bake it enough.☆This is easier to eat with a thin layer of chocolate. It will harden quite a bit if you add a thick layer...☆Please make sure to let the ice cream thoroughly solidify before topping it with the puree. Otherwise, it will mix together, and not layer up properly. Recipe by saco mama cookpad.japan -

Persimmon & Mandarin Orange No-Bake Tart Persimmon & Mandarin Orange No-Bake Tart
I wanted to make a tart using fruit that is easy to get in Japan during the fall, such as persimmons and mandarin oranges, so I developed this recipe. After arranging the persimmon slices on top, I thought that it needed just one more decoration, so I drizzled it with white chocolate. It's also fun and delicious to just make the mousse and serve it in ramekins. Strawberry Cheesecake Tart Strawberry Cheesecake Tart
It just so happens to be the season that strawberries appear, and I wanted to bake a X'mas cake tart in this season. Strawberries and cheesecake go together really well. As for the crust portion of the cheese cake, it feels like the love child of cheese soufflé and baked cheese. It is more rich than fluffy, but is lighter than baked. It is moderately sweet, so you can eat as much as you like .*The trick behind making the tart crust is to not knead it, and to use well-chilled butter. Please look at the other detailed tips and photos as well as the reference recipes . In order to make this well, make sure to return the cream cheese to room temperature. Also, if you use an oven timer when making the cheese filling, whipped cream, and strawberry sauce, then you can save some time. *This time I used about 1 1/2 packs of strawberries. Use this as a frame of reference . Recipe by Koharumama cookpad.japan -
