Ingredients

1hr
6-8 servings
  • 1.5 lbschicken breast or thigh (cut into pieces)
  • Marinade
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/2 tsppepper
  • 1 tspturmeric
  • 1/2 tspchili powder
  • 1 tspground cumin
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 2 tspgaram masala (look up how to make if you don't have this)
  • 1/2 cupgreek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tbspminced garlic
  • 1 tbsplemon juice
  • After marinating 6 hours or overnight fry in
  • 1 tbspvegetable oil
  • 2 tbspbutter
  • Then add
  • 1 cuptomato sauce
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • 1 tspsalt
  • Finish with,
  • 1 cupwhipping cream
  • 2 tspcornstarch (mixed with a bit of water)

Steps

1hr

    Marinate 6 hours or over night

  2. 2

    Then pan fry for 5-8 minutes

  3. 3

    Pour tomato sauce, sugar and salt over and cover with lid. Cook for 20 minutes on med-low.

  4. 4

    Then add whipping cream and cornstarch, cook for another 5 minutes.
