To make the dough: Heat milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir until butter is melted. Remove from heat and let it cool to lukewarm.

Mix 2 ¼ cups flour, yeast, sugar, and salt in a large bowl. Add the mixture to a stand mixer with a dough hook. Add egg and water and mix. Slowly add milk mixture and 1 cup of flour until the dough forms and becomes smooth. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.

Roll out dough on a floured surface to 9x15 inch square and 1/4-1/2 inch thick. Spread strawberry filling evenly on top. Mix cinnamon and sugar, sprinkle on top of filling. Roll up dough and cut into 9-12 slices. Place in greased 9x13 inch pan, cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
**Use a serrated knife to cut them, as it's a bit tricky to cut them without the filling coming out.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes or until just golden brown on the tops.

To make the glaze: Beat together the cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Add the half and half, vanilla, lemon juice and lemon zest until combined. Frost over warm cinnamon rolls and enjoy!
