Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 1/2chopped green onions
  2. 1 cupchopped red pepper
  3. 1 cupchopped celery
  4. 1large can black beans (drain and rinse)
  5. 1large can lentils (drain and rinse)
  6. 1 canwhole corn
  7. Dressing (cook)
  8. 1/2 cupolive oil
  9. 1/2 cupwhite sugar
  10. 1/2 cupapple cider vinegar
  11. 1 tbspwater
  12. 1/8 tspsalt
  13. 1/8 tsppepper
  14. Chips
  15. ScoopsTostitos

Cooking Instructions

    Mix together the first 6 ingredients together.

    Place dressing ingredients into small pot. bring to a boil and let it cool for at least 20 min.

  3. 3

    Pour dressing over caviar and mix thoroughly. I mix every few hours randomly as well for the first day before serving while in the fridge just to get well integrated.

    Place into bowl with a slotted spoon as there will be excess dressing.
